Running tournament day on TournHQ

The fixtures, live scores and tables that other platforms charge per team for — free, and built so parents on the touchline always know what’s next.

  1. Enter your teams

From your event’s Teams page, add the teams entered in each age-group section as they confirm. Split a section into divisions if you seed by strength. Team names only — no player details, ever.

  2. Generate your fixtures

On the Fixtures page, set up group games and (if you run one) the knockout stage. Kick-off times and pitch numbers are optional but make the public schedule far more useful on the day.

  3. Enter scores as they happen

Type results in from your phone between games. Group tables update themselves — standings are always worked out from the results, so there’s nothing to reconcile — and knockout rounds fill in as earlier rounds finish.

  4. Share the public schedule

Verified organisers get a public schedule page for their events: fixtures, live scores, tables and the bracket. It’s switched on by the public team listsetting on your event (on by default — if you’ve turned it off, the schedule stays private too). Parents can filter to their age group, tap show my teamto follow one team’s day — next match, pitch and knockout progress — and the page refreshes itself. One link to put in your team briefing.
