Questions organisers ask
Is listing free?
Yes — listing is free while we launch, and early organisers keep free listings as the platform grows. Some optional promotional extras may become paid later; the pricing model isn't final, and we'll always say clearly before anything is charged.
How long does approval take?
New organisers' first listings are reviewed by our team before going live — usually quickly, and you can watch the status from your dashboard. Once you're a verified organiser, new listings and edits publish immediately; the one exception is a listing we've previously rejected, which always goes back through review.
How do enquiries and booking interest work?
Teams contact you through your event page — no account needed on their side. Enquiries land in your dashboard inbox with the coach's contact details, team name and age group, and you reply directly by email. You can mark spaces as filling or full per age group at any time.
How do fixtures, tables and brackets work?
Add your entered teams, split them into groups, and generate a round-robin schedule in one click. Enter scores on your phone as games finish — group tables recalculate instantly, and when the group stage is done you can draw a knockout bracket from the standings.
What does "verified organiser" mean?
Our team checks that you're who you say you are — club or company details, web presence, accurate listings. Verified organisers publish instantly and unlock public team lists and live schedule pages for their events. See the trust & safety page for the full picture.
